I had a few points of interaction with Mr Prabhu during my procedure - wisdom tooth removal. - Original consultation over Zoom - The procedure - Follow-up consultation over Zoom During the process Mr Prabhu was very clear in his description of the procedure, and the associated risks. He was very personable and was able to put me at ease regarding the process. The actual outcome was successful, with a very clean result, and no complications. The only downside during the process itself, was that, having awoken from the procedure at around 11:30, I did not get to leave the hospital until around 19:00, when Mr Prabhu had completed his scheduled procedures for the day, and was able to do the follow-up checkins. This resulted in it being a very long day, (and I recognise that Mr Prabhu had been working all of this time). The upside was that the room was very pleasant, and it was a comfortable experience throughtout. I would also like to call out Mel, Mr Prabhu's assistant, who very patiently helped me with the insurance and scheduling processes throughout. She was very helpful, gave me clear guidance, and answered any questions that I had.

Mr Prabhu was kind, caring and very professional at a time when I was going through a lot of worry knowing I had to have a benign tumour removed. The care I received from the time of my first appointment right through to surgery, discharge from the hospital and the follow up aftercare appointments was second to none. Mr Prabhu took time to listen and put me at ease. My scar is barely visible, he exceeded any expectation I had. Mr Prabhu promised to look after me and he certainly did.

Mr Prabhu saw me very promptly following referral from my dentist. He quickly organised, with the help of his excellent secretary ,my CT scan which showed I needed surgery to remove a cyst in my maxilla and further dental surgery.I was very confident in his care as he explained everything required in terms I could understand. I had day surgery with an excellent surgeon and anaesthetist.I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Prabhu and his team.

Mr Prabhu was very caring, and considerate during my minor procedure. I have used him previously, and he is very good with me, as I am quite a nervous patient! I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will use him again, if I need any more procedures.

Mr Prabhu took on a relative of mine to give her early treatment which was helpful as she suffers with dementia. He was sensitive and considerate throughout and managed he post-operative consultation by telephone with me which was hugely helpful. I was kept fully informed at all times and my relative has made a very good recovery. He followed up with a biopsy which was very reassuring. His secretary too was of immense help. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
